quirk replacement (control): simple delay (~11ms)

I noticed that when gecko-printf were disabled (by #ifdef):
on the first upload, all seems to be ok (aka "cold boot"). on further
uploads it stucked. after enable gecko-printf again, it worked quite
fine... so here zeh uber quirk!

btw ... wtf? :/
