	* Makefile: New. Makefile to download, install and register the PKITS 
	test cases.
	* README: New. Instructions to set up/uninstall PKITS.
	* x509build.cs: New. Tool useful to debug chain/patch building and 
	validation (unit tests generally asserts too quickly to be useful).
