	* cutcli.cs: New. SSL/TLS client that cut it's communication after
	sending and/or receiving 'x' bytes from/to the server.
	* ControlledNetworkStream.cs: A NetworkStream that can limit it's
	read/write transfers.
	* Makefile: Makefile for the new test tool.
