        OpenBSD ports, gc.h is <gc.h>, but on GNU it seems to be
        in <gc/gc.h>.  This will reduce the diffs FreeBSD ports has
        to apply, and also makes it possible for me to build with
        GC on OpenBSD/macppc built by hand.
